HOW TO GIVE A PAINLESS VIT B12 INJECTION

Here is how to give it in a totally painless manner. I have given 200 of such shots with no pain.

1: ALWAYS use a 25 gauge 1 inch needle with a 3 ml syringe. Becareful not to bend the needle when stabbing into the B12 vial. Any other gauges will cause pain.

The 25 gauge needle suits the viscosity thickness of B12. Its a perfect match.

2: ALWAYS extract only 1 ml of liquid from the vial and inject 1 ml each time.

Thats equivalent to 1000mcg of B12.

3: NEVER inject in the arm ( deltoids )

There is too little space in the arm for the

1 ml of thick B 12 fluid. If you do that, I can

guarantee that you will feel pain and

cramping of arm muscles even when 0.5ml

is introduced. Its not a nice feeling

4: ALWAYS inject B 12 in the buttocks.

Be very careful not to shoot it near your waist line. It is painful and has a burning sensation . That instantly mean you got the wrong location. The correct location is the lower and outer side of your buttocks. Its easy to locate this area. Its actually the bottom, outer end of your pant's back pocket. Thats the sweet spot.

Mark it . Practice on that same spot. There are no nerves or vessels in that spot. Very safe

and no pain at all.

HOW TO INSERT THE NEEDLE.

The RIGHT way to do a PAINLESS CELEBRITY STYLE B 12 injection is like how maddona does it to justin timberlake....To throw the syringe into the buttocks from 3 inch away. Yes its exactly like how you throw a dart. The only difference is that you NEVER let go of the syringe when throwing. Its loosely held by your few fingers even while throwing it in.

Make sure you throw it hard enough so that the WHOLE length of the needle goes in. If you fail,

no harm done, just swiftly withdraw the needle very quickly in a flash in a straight line and repeat attempt.

Do not try to push the remainder part of the needle in . Ouch.

The most painful and the wrong way is

- Push the whole length of needle in !

It will be very painful. Thats what doctors do.

- Throw needle in but half heartedly and therefore you have to push the final half of the needle in. Also very painful. Don't do it.

Then the following is another area where most MD and nurses screw up. I will tell you why...a lack of emphathy for the patient. They have given so many injections they are now numb.

The correct way of pressing the plunger is

1: Press 0.1

ml of liquid out of the syringe

Stop.

Let liquid inside buttocks dissipate for 5 seconds. Then slow press another 0.1 ml

Repeat process above until all is liquid is administered. This "coup de grace" celebrity style B12 injection will take 60 seconds

(not 4 seconds !)

Once done, pull out the needle very quickly

in an absolutely straight line. Try to imagine as though the syring is a very fast bullet flying out in a straight line FROM the injection site on the buttocks and trying to hit the room's ceiling.

Thats the right extraction method. Madonna knows it and practices it. She is good.

Then place an alcohol swab gently on the injections site. DO NOT rub or press the injection site with the swab or fingers like most doctors and nurses do. It will cause a burning pain.
